What is the Training?
Join us for a life-changing and transformative journey of self-discovery amidst nature with Luna Awakening Yoga Teacher Training, a 21-day, 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified program.
This comprehensive training will equip you with the skills to teach yoga to a variety of students, while also opening your heart amidst a luxurious experience deep in the Costa Rican rainforest. By the end of this training, you will:
- Deepen your personal practice
- Discover your unique teaching voice and style
- Master effective class sequencing while catering to different levels
- Safely guide students through proper cueing, adjustments, and alignment
- Expand your journey of self-discovery and healing
- Receive your 200-hour yoga teacher training certificate

What you’ll learn
Daily schedule
- 6am-8:45am: Meditation/Asana
- 9am-10am: Breakfast
- 10am-12:45pm: Training
- 1pm-3pm: Lunch, Free Time, Self-Study
- 3pm-6:20pm: Training and Practice
- 6:30pm-7:30pm: Dinner
- 7:30pm-9:00pm: Free Time, Study, Healing Modalities Training

How do you fit
200 hours into a 21-day program?
This training includes
a self-study component that can be completed before or after the training, or even during your free study time during the course. The self-study program will be available three months before your arrival at Luna Lodge, but our daily schedule provides ample time for individual study or collaboration with your study partner.
After you graduate from the 200-hour Luna Awakening Yoga Teacher Training, our support continues through the Luna Awakening Academy. We are dedicated to ensuring that you leave us as a happy, healthy, confident yoga instructor, ready to share your knowledge with others. Our 21-day, 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training meets the Yoga Alliance’s international certification standards, assuring you that our program aligns with the highest levels of global educational policies.
